Look at what I found when I googled myself! During my site visit as Summer Project Coordinator, one of the trainee reps took me to his school and with no prior notice or any type of prompting, I first taught his class (he got to relax that day) and then was shoved into the auditorium to talk to a room full of kids and strategically dodge their calls for me to sing and dance.
I’m a teacher, not an entertainer.

Rough translation of the caption on the site: On June 18th, Boston University graduate and Peace Corps volunteer, Lee George Veitch came to our school. With his humour filled English teaching style, Lee talked compared and contrasted Chinese and American culture to the 750 students and teachers present in attendance. His warm and friendly demeanor was greeted with a round of applause. This event was just the first step toward having foreign teachers teach at our school.
